2022 KINGS BROTHER SUPREME CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Incredible expression of the finest low yielding original vines of Margaret River. 18 months in the French Oak hogshead. An exact core of bright and dense cassis, blackcurrant fruit with a hint of dried herbs, interwoven with toasted oak characters. Complex varietal flavours plus elegant silky tannins in palate followed by joyful lingering finish. This supreme Cabernet Sauvignon will gracefully age for years. Enjoyable on release but will show further complexity over a decade.
2023 KINGS LAKE ROYAL SHIRAZ
Vibrant, deep colours give rise to an appealing aroma of roasted coffee beans and coconut. This is followed by dense flavours of plum , blueberries and lashing of vanilla which are superbly integrated with subtle oak.
2023 KINGS LAKE CLASSIC Cab Sauv
A style which exudes vibrancy, juicy and spicy character, matched to a full flavoured and complex palate. Fermented in open top fermenters, hand plunged twice daily at temperatures averaging 28 degrees. Winemaking encourages deep and dense structures, but with spice and minerality.
2017 KINGS BROTHER CLASSIC Tempranillo
Some of the finest Tempranillo in Western Australia has been chosen for this small batch. Fermented in a combination of French and American oak Puncheons, and then left to mature for 14 months. Dark fruits, spicy tobacco, caramel and toasty oak – long, lingering tannins. A style which exudes vibrancy and complexity. Distinctive generosity of dark berry fruits with mouthwatering tannin which matches perfectly to food.
2016 KINGS BROTHER CLASSIC CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A well blend of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon（88%）and Merlot （12%），an enticingly eclectic bouquet of blackberry, mulberry, coriander, allspice and graphite. The vibrant and nuanced aromas lead to a mouth-filling and focused palate. The densely textured palate is balanced by its vibrant acidity, fine tannins and a long pure finish.
2018 KINGS BRO EPIC SHIRAZ
Mouthwatering ripe black fruit aroma with a hint of anise and black pepper, fragrant and lifted. Fresh and intense palate of sweet black plum, blueberry, slight licorice and spice, supported by enticing toasted oak flavours. Full bodied, dense yet balanced structure, elegant soft tannins with long joyful finish. Can be easily enjoyed by both new learners and professional wine tasters.
2017 KINGS BROTHER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Crushed cool to fermenters for 8 days with temperature maximum 28 degrees Celsius. Soil is typically a deep layer of ironstone gravelly loam over red and yellow friable clay. Vibrant ripe dark fruit with a hint of bay leaf aroma. A palate of rich black current and plum flavour underpinned by gentle oak and a fine tannin finish.

This exquisite Shiraz is carefully picked from characteristic single vineyard, made from Australian certified winery and matured in French Oak. This rich premium wine displays dark fruit characters with a touch of tobacco and spice topped with a long soft finish.
2015 KINGS LAKE ROYAL Cabernet​ Merlot
Maturation in a combination of new and pre-loved French Oak barrels has overlaid the classic juicy blackcurrant and dried herbs typical of this blend with layers of sophisticated fresh-roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate and a fine, nutty finish.
2015 JILLAUES FEATHER Merlot
Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.
2015 JILLAUES FEATHER Cabernet Merlot
Aromas of violets, cassis, blackberries, dark cherries and fresh cedar/vanilla oak. It is a smooth, supple and elegant red presenting a deliciously vibrant and juicy fruit, framed by very fine and dusty tannins.

2015 JILLAUES Cabernet Sauvignon
The subtle French Oak is well integrated with the extremely fine structured Cabernet Sauvignon. The classic flavours from the grapes shines through the palate with ripe dark plums, dark cherries, tobacco and dark chocolate, cedar, earthy spices with subtle tannins leading up to the finish.
2015 HARMANS Regional Sauvignon Blanc
Aromas of green mango cheeks, apple skins, passionfruit and citrus blossom. The palate is textured and voluptuous with refreshing notes of mongo, quince and lychee.
2015 HARMANS Festival Rose
Harmans Rose is a magical blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre. This wine displays lifted aromatics of fresh strawberries, with a subtle savoury spice. The palate is fresh with a soft finish. It is a perfect choice for memorable events like wedding and celebration.
2015 KINGS LAKE CLASSIC Shiraz
Aromas of blackcurrants, ripe plums, white pepper and bay leaf. The carefully integrated French and American oak compliments the fruit aromas with some smoky overtones. The palate is full of ripe fruit , soft rounded tannins and a long finish.
2015 JILLAUES MODERN LADY Sweet White
This particular white is deliciously sweet and refreshing. It possesses hints of floral notes, sweet fruits and a pleasant finish. Suits a wide range of dessert dishes.
2015 JILLAUES MODERN LADY SBS
Enticing aromatics of passionfruit, tropical notes, kiwi fruit and lime zest. The palate is crisp and refreshing, having a depth of flavour, tropical spectrum, and a long fine finish.
2013 JILLAUES Cabernet Merlot
Small amounts of other Bordeaux varieties accompany the cabernet and merlot. The colour is bright, as is the bouquet and the heart of this lovely medium-bodied wine. There are rivulets of cassis fruit running through the palate, the tannins arranged in precise support, oak incidental to the main exercise. A now or whenever proposition, and super value.
2013 JILLAUES Shiraz
This is why good WA Shiraz is often likened to the Rhone Valley. A determined middle weight without the volume blaring; savoury and voluptuous with sweet red fruits and hints of white pepper and Chinese Five Spice. LOTS going on, making this more compelling than most bigger wines. Simply beautiful.
